Cabinet Design Engineer

A company is looking for a Cabinet Design Engineer - Remote. Key Responsibilities Lead the mechanical hardware design and delivery of instrumentation and control cabinets for nuclear power plants Collaborate with system and electrical hardware engineers to model systems and generate electromechanical drawings Test mechanical hardware prototypes and assist in the development of the Maintenance and Troubleshooting Technical Manual Required Qualifications BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience Experience with 3D CAD tools, such as SOLIDWORKS Experience in support of manufacturing, including purchasing and quality control Experience working on safety-related I&C system development projects is highly desirable Experience creating drawing packages for complex assemblies such as I&C cabinets is highly desirable
