IMG Academy provides growth opportunities for all student-athletes through an innovative suite of on-campus and online experiences:Boarding school and camps, via a state-of-the-art campus in Bradenton, Fla.Online coaching via the IMG Academy+ brand, with a focus on personal development through the lens of sport and performanceOnline college recruiting, via the NCSA brand,providing content, tools, coaching and access to a network of 40,000 college coachesThe Volleyball Coach, Summer 2026 will be responsible for all aspects of training and coaching Student Athletes.Position Responsibilities:Prepares and implements a volleyball training program for all Student AthletesAssess the performance and skill development of each Student Athlete and partners with the appropriate department for their continued developmentHelp with the psychological preparation of the Student AthleteDevelop motivational approach to practice and gamesAssist in Game Day operationsWork to develop comprehensive knowledge of sport in decision-making, handling authority and setting and meeting objectivesAssist with pick up and distribution of uniforms pre and post-gameInteracts with the Student Athlete as an educator of the sport and mentorPartners with the Student Athlete's parent/guardian regarding their overall developmentSkilled and proficient in all training techniquesEffectively communicates to Student AthletesAssures proper safety is maintainedAdhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codesOther duties as assigned to include pre practice and pre game preparationKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Experience coaching and/or playing volleyballSkills in training and instructingStrong commitment to Student AthletesDesire to work collaboratively with colleaguesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills:BilingualCPR CertificationPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbsShould be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of timeMust be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etcAbility to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is requiredBackground Requirements:Requires a background check upon offerRequires a drug test upon offerBenefits:As a full-time member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive offering listed below.
