Job Description: Personal Lines Account ExecutiveNOTE: This position is not employed ALKEME Insurance or one of its Agency Partners, but is with one of ALKEME's affiliatesJob Title: Personal Lines Account ExecutiveLocation: Palm Beach, FL - 400 Royal Palm Way, Palm Beach, FL 33480Reports to: Executive Vice PresidentDepartment: Personal LinesFLSA Status: ExemptJob PurposeThe Personal Lines Account Executive is responsible for servicing complex and high-touch Personal Lines accounts, primarily within the High Net Worth and Private Client space. This role ensures exceptional client service, accurate policy execution, and strong collaboration with Producers, Account Managers, and carrier partners.Key Responsibilities1. Account Management and Client ServiceService and manage complex Personal Lines new and renewal accounts while maintaining strong relationships with clients, Producers, carriers, and internal teams.2. Marketing and Renewal StrategyPrepare and manage new business and renewal marketing 120 days prior to renewal, analyze exposure data, and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements for High Net Worth clients.3. Carrier and Market CoordinationCoordinate quoting and renewals with carrier underwriters, negotiate terms when appropriate, and remain informed on carrier appetite and product changes.4. Documentation and ComplianceEnsure policy processing quality control including policies, endorsements, certificates, binders, and invoicing while maintaining accurate documentation in the agency management system.5. Collaboration and LeadershipProvide guidance to Account Managers, participate in client meetings with Producers, and act as a technical resource for complex Personal Lines accounts.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required. 10+ years of Personal Lines Account Management or Account Executive experience within an independent insurance brokerage, preferably supporting High Net Worth or Private Client accounts.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong knowledge of Personal Lines insurance products, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.CompensationCompensation range is based on working in-office in the state in which the position resides.Working ConditionsPrimarily office-based role with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.Must be able to pull or lift up to 15 pounds at times and may require extended hours during peak renewal periods.
