Account Manager
Overview:As the Account Manager you will build and maintain exceptional client relationships to obtain new service agreements and pursue additional opportunities with existing customers.Key Responsibilities:Individual sales planning and sales funnel management to accurately forecast sales to guarantee that you will achieve your monthly targets for New Accounts, Conversion Sales and Client MeetingsProactive management of new and existing customers to meet sales goals and strengthen the Ryan Fireprotection brandInput all sales activity into CRM tools (e.g. ZoHo) in consistent and timely mannerGeneral understanding of contract terms and languageIndustry organizational involvement (flexible schedule required):Mentoring new reps (experience pending)Trade showsNetworking eventsVisiting customer sites, etc.Skills, Education & Experience:Self-motivated, highly organized and driven with the ability to multi task and consistently drive effortsAble to proactively communicate with Sales Manager and colleagues on account portfolio to forecast performance and exceed client expectationsOutstanding interpersonal & communications skillsProven ability to work with a team and independently3-5 years successful track record in salesFire protection experience is strongly encouraged but not mandatory
