Performance is measured against Company values and meeting various financial KPIs, in addition to upholding ethical standards expected for any similar position.What You'll Bring (Requirements):Scheduling flexibility to cover the dynamic needs of the business (mornings, nights, weekends)Decision-making, organizational, and conflict-resolution skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formatsAbility to work both independently and in a teamExcellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasksProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareMust have a food safety manager certification upon hireMust possess a high school diploma or GED equivalentAble to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.
