Quality Manager 1. Education/ Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree 5 years of Quality experience related to sheet metal and tube fabrication, machining, and manufacturing. Proficient in Microsoft Excel 2. Technical Proficiency: Understanding of Quality Standards: Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and other relevant standards. Statistical Analysis: Ability to analyze data, use statistical tools, and apply quality control methodologies. Process Improvement: Knowledge of continuous improvement processes such as Kaizen, Total Quality Management (TQM), and process mapping. 3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Root Cause Analysis: Capability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues effectively. Attention to Detail: Ensuring products meet the specified standards without any deviations. Critical Thinking: Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions quickly. 4. Leadership and Management: Team Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate the Quality Team. Project Management: Skills in planning, executing, and overseeing quality control projects. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documentation. 5. Interpersonal Skills: Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other departments such as production, engineering, and supply chain. Customer Focus: Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality standards. Conflict resolution: Handling disputes and disagreements professionally and effectively. 6. Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes: Production Processes: Understanding of the manufacturing processes and how quality control integrates into these processes. Materials and Products: Knowledge of the materials used in production and the final products’ specifications. Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of industry regulations and standards, ensuring all processes meet legal and safety requirements.
