Benefits:Competitive salaryEmployee discountsFlexible scheduleOpportunity for advancementPaid time offTraining & developmentPay: $60,000 base + commission + performance-based bonusesAbout the RoleFrozen Ropes is seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented professional to help support and grow our expanding network of licensed locations across the country.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of: Operations and organization  Communication and relationship management  Marketing and project coordination  Supporting business growth behind the scenes You'll work directly with company leadership and licensed partners to help keep projects moving, improve communication, and support the continued growth of the Frozen Ropes brand.What You'll Do Support onboarding and ongoing success of licensed locations  Communicate regularly with partners and operators nationwide  Coordinate projects, timelines, and operational initiatives  Assist with website updates, social media, and marketing support  Track reporting, organize data, and manage CRM systems  Help leadership stay organized and execution-focused across multiple initiatives  Support growth and expansion efforts as new locations are added What We're Looking For Strong organizational and administrative skills  Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once  Experience with:  Excel  CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)  Google Docs / Google Workspace  Project management tools  Strong verbal and written communication skills  Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment Bonus Experience Sales, marketing, or business development  Multi-location businesses, franchising, or operations support  Social media or website management Schedule Full-time (Monday–Friday)  Some evenings/weekends for events  Occasional travel for partner support and expansion initiatives Why Join Frozen Ropes Be part of a nationally recognized baseball and softball organization  Work closely with leadership in a growing company  Opportunity for advancement as the organization expands  Additional earning potential through commission and performance bonuses  Flexible schedule and team-oriented environmentIf you're highly organized, enjoy working with people, and want to grow with an expanding sports organization, we'd love to hear from you.
