The Opportunity We are expanding our team and looking for hungry, self-motivated individuals who thrive in a high-energy, performance-driven environment. Training: Learn from the best: The Owner John Ely has sold for over 15 years and has reached the Golden door thousand accounts in 6 months and knows the focus and training that it takes to help others find their own success. David Rakoczy, Addison Perez, Dylan Barron and Tommy Long Help each team member be at their best, and put in the work to lead the way. This is a pure commission role — your income is limited only by your effort and results. Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time – 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation: $100 per sale for sales serviced that week and bonuses on Pest control accounts starting at up to $150 extra persale base on contract value and sale quantity totaling up to $250 for Pest control Sales. Sales Reps must be able to close 8 sales minimum per week by the end of your first month, and top Reps can do 30 per week average putting weekly pay $800-$3,000 weekly plus bonuses. *Qualified applicants will have an opportunity to shadow John or a Top Sales associate to experience the job and ask questions. This helps insure the opportunity is a good fit for you and us, prior to joining the team. What You’ll Do After training you will: Canvas neighborhoods within 30 minutes of where you live, with our knocking app track sales, potential sales and check in with current customers to add services. Knock doors, introduce ProCare services explain what we can add and how we can save them money bundling with others in the neighborhood. Educate homeowners on pest pressures specific to Georgia (termites, mosquitoes, fire ants, rodents, etc.) Compensation & Earning Potential "Secret Sauce" Sales Training Book Company polo shirts and professional door hangers/flyers Software and real-time pricing Full training (classroom + ride-alongs with top producers) Same-day/next-day service scheduling so you close and we handle the tech visit Sales manager available in the field for on-the-spot support Contests, and cash prizes. Requirements Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursement available) Smartphone and ability to work outdoors in Georgia weather Strong work ethic — you must be willing to knock 100–150 doors per day Excellent communication and people skills (no hard-selling — we teach a consultative approach) Pass a background check Pest control or door-to-door experience is a plus but NOT required — we will train motivated beginners Who Thrives Here?
