Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Infant Teacher at Little TT’s Academy, located in Bridgeville, PA. The Infant Teacher will be responsible for nurturing and caring for infants, implementing appropriate early childhood curriculum, and creating a safe and engaging environment. Daily tasks include planning and conducting activities that support the developmental milestones, maintaining open communication with parents or guardians, and observing and documenting each child’s progress to tailor teaching methods. Ensuring the safety and well-being of all children is a key part of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Early Childhood Development and Child Development principlesExperience with Curriculum Development and implementing age-appropriate teaching strategiesStrong Communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team membersCompassionate, patient, and nurturing approach toward caregiving and teachingCandidates with certifications in Early Childhood Education, CDA (Child Development Associate) credentials, or a degree in a related field are highly preferredCPR and First Aid certification is a plusAbility to work collaboratively and actively contribute to a positive team environment
