Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nights

Meadow Wind located in Massillon, Ohio is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Night Shift team! Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, reporting any changes to the attending physician. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assist in the admission and discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions for residents. Document all care provided accurately and timely in residents' medical records. Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families. Adhere to all regulatory standards and facility policies to maintain quality care.
