This role is with a long standing manufacturing business that is growing and is a leader in its industry globally.Responsibilities* Responsible for planning, managing, and directing all manufacturing, plant engineering, customer service, and materials management functions at the high-volume automation plant* Accountable for meeting plant, division, and corporate goals and objectives in alignment with established policies and procedures* Ensure safe and efficient operations across all functional areas* Satisfy customer requirements while maintaining profitabilityAutomate system optimization by overseeing continuous improvement including robotics to enhance production and efficienciesLead cross-functional teams in a high-volume automation system that align with production goalsDrive operation efficiencies by minimizing downtime and streamline processes where neededProvide leadership to plan, schedule and organize all staff manufacturingAccountable for profitability of the the plantMaintain good safety standards for the plantRequirementsBilingual candidate highly preferred10+ years of experience in plant operations including materials management3+ years of plant management over operations of a plantExperience in a high volume automated plant is preferredBachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Materials ManagementMBA is preferred, Six Sigma or Lean Process experience preferredMust be onsite everyday in Conroe, TexasAdditional Job DetailsWorkplace Policy: #li-OnsiteSeniority Level: Mid-Senior LevelLinked In Poster: #LI-LH1About our ProcessWe will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
