QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field10+ years of experience in technical business development, alliance management, or systems architecture interfacing with major silicon vendorsDeep expertise in silicon architectures, unified memory protocols, and large language model orchestrationProven ability to negotiate and manage direct supply chains for hardware componentsExperience managing co-development projects with motherboard manufacturers and thermal management solutionsExperience with OEM/ODM hardware ecosystems and enterprise AI infrastructureFamiliarity with silicon roadmap translation into engineering tolerances and specificationsKnowledge of thermal management, AI inference optimization, and system-level component integrationBilingual in English and Mandarin is a mustResponsibilitiesOwn and manage high-level technical and commercial relationships with Tier-1 silicon vendors.Negotiate direct supply chains and secure exclusive support for bespoke hardware integrations.Translate complex silicon roadmaps into engineering tolerances for internal product teams.Collaborate with partner architects to ensure hardware and software ecosystem synergy.Drive co-development projects such as custom logic boards and memory management solutions.
