In this lively role, you'll engage with customers and ensure their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with product inquiries, offering detailed product demos and recommendations Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and increase sales Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Conduct basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and pricing adjustments Qualifications Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team collaboration capabilities Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging customers Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and sales transactions Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm drives success!
