Licensed Benefits Advisor
We are partnering with a leading benefits services organization to identify Licensed Benefits Advisor for a 4th Quarter Enrollment Project opportunity. This role plays a key part in educating employees about their employer-sponsored insurance benefits and assisting with the enrollment process.Key Responsibilities:
Employee Education & Enrollment
Conduct benefits consultations via phone, web-based platforms, or face-to-face meetings.
Educate eligible employees on available insurance programs (health, life, voluntary benefits, etc.).
Guide employees through the enrollment process using electronic systems.
Ensure all applications are submitted accurately and in accordance with privacy and security standards.
Training & Collaboration
Attend training sessions focused on case-specific details, products, systems, and compliance.
Partner with Account Executives and Call Center Managers to ensure a high-quality experience for employees and clients.
Professional Conduct
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive personal and benefits information.
Adhere to scheduled shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and overnight hours as needed.
Display professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
Accurately document interactions and activities in a timely manner.
Attend required meetings and provide administrative support as directed.Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits counseling, insurance enrollment, or a related field.
Active Life and Health Insurance License
Proficiency with Windows-based and Google-based applications.
Strong understanding of insurance products, including health, life, and voluntary benefits.
Clear and effective communication skills to engage, educate, and guide employees.
Ability to manage time, schedules, and documentation with precision.
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and scheduling needs.
