SARACA promotes an inclusive, innovation-focused culture and strives to accelerate customers’ business growth and industry leadership.Role Description This is a contract, on-site Information Technology Procurement Manager role based in Muskegon, MI. The Information Technology Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end IT procurement activities, including sourcing hardware, software, and IT services in alignment with organizational and project requirements. The role involves managing supplier relationships, evaluating vendor performance, and ensuring adherence to quality, compliance, and cost targets. The person in this role will negotiate and administer IT contracts, track renewals, and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as IT, finance, legal, and project teams. Daily responsibilities include analyzing procurement data, optimizing purchasing processes, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring timely delivery of IT assets and services to meet operational needs.Qualifications Strong IT Procurement expertise with experience in sourcing and purchasing IT hardware, software, and services.Proficiency in Supplier Management, including vendor selection, performance monitoring, and relationship building.Demonstrated skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms and manage renewals and compliance.Well-developed Analytical Skills to evaluate proposals, assess total cost of ownership, and improve procurement efficiency.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, legal, operations) in a technology-driven or engineering environment.Familiarity with procurement tools, ERP systems, and standard purchasing policies and controls.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, information technology, engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, IT procurement certifications) are a plus.Experience in MedTech, manufacturing, or engineering services environments is beneficial.
