Job Title: Field Operations SupervisorLocation: Indianapolis, IN Job DescriptionThe Indiana Office of Energy Development has announced multiple initiatives worth $182 million that will offer local residents up to $14,000 each in discounts for home energy efficiency upgrades. These programs could benefit thousands including single-family and multi-family inhabitants, owners, and renters alike. The first of these programs is a Home Efficiency Rebate Program that deals with whole-home upgrades and retrofits. It includes air sealing, insulation, heat-pumps, and more. This individual will be responsible for managing the Energy Auditors associated with this work including the following:Assists in talent management process, resource planning/utilization, and performance evaluationsEnsure that weekly/monthly production metrics for the program are being achievedPartner with program manager regarding program activity reportsAssists with weekly/monthly work schedulingIdeal Qualifications3+ years of experience directly managing field personnelProven track record of ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget by coordinating schedules, and monitoring progressExperience conducting performance based reviews with personnelExperience with weekly/monthly work schedulingStrong written and verbal communication, collaborative skills, and relationship building skillsProven Leadership experience in fast paced environmentComfortable utilizing Microsoft suite of softwareJob TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Months.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana on the North East side.Work EnvironmentThis individual can expect to work out of their Indianapolis office and they can anticipate a normal 40-hour work week Monday-Friday.
