If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about automotive systems, we want to hear from you.Position Summary As a Parts Counterperson, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling parts requests, and delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.Responsibilities Assist customers and technicians with identifying and ordering parts.Manage inventory levels, reorder stock, and process special orders.Research part numbers and availability using catalogs and computer systems.Track seasonal and recall-related parts demands.Resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the parts manager.Ensure timely communication regarding the status of parts orders.What We're Looking For General understanding of automotive systems and parts.Strong computer skills and ability to look up and track parts accurately.Clear and friendly communication skills, both in person and on the phone.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Proactive in identifying customer needs and recommending additional parts/services.Experience with over-the-counter and internal parts sales is a plus.Why Work With Us?
