Medical Center is seeking Locum General Radiologist to start as soon as credentialed! Practice Setting: Hospital and outpatient locations Average Number of Cases Per Day: variable Annual ER Volume: 120 pts day Documentation System/EMR: Epic/PowerScribe/PACS Number of Radiologists in Practice: 8 on team -2 leaving =6 total after Feb Description of Support Staff: Full Compliment Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days with completion on apps Submission Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible - REQUIRED Active MA license or pending MA application with submission date and estimated approval at time of name clear. REQUIRED ACLS, BLS - REQUIRED Must have prior experience or demonstrated interest in Nuclear Radiology (thyroid mentioned) - REQUIRED A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation (Should be pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED
