SAP FICO Analyst // Remote with travel

Job Title: SAP FICO Analyst (FICA / Intercompany)Location: Local to DE, PA, or NJ (preferred)Work Model: Remote with occasional onsite travel (as required by project)Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Analyst with strong expertise in FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) and Intercompany processes, preferably within the Utilities industry. The ideal candidate will support finance transformation initiatives, enhance billing and receivables processes, and ensure accurate intercompany accounting and reconciliation.Key Responsibilities Support and enhance SAP FICO processes with focus on FICA and intercompany accounting Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and system solutions Configure and support FICA processes including invoicing, payments, collections, dunning, and dispute management Manage and optimize intercompany transactions, reconciliation, and eliminations Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IS-U, MM, SD, and FI modules Support month-end close activities, including reconciliation and reporting Participate in integration testing (SIT/UAT) and production support Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution with minimal business disruption Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirementsRequired Skills & Experience 7–10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on FICO Hands-on experience with SAP FICA (highly preferred) Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes Experience in S/4HANA Finance environments Exposure to Utilities industry (IS-U integration) is strongly preferred Strong understanding of GL, AR, AP, and financial reporting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a hybrid/global delivery environmentPreferred Qualifications Experience with Group Reporting or Intercompany Reconciliation tools Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in UtilitiesBest RegardsSuman (Sue)Technical RecruiterGlobal Business Ser 4u Inc.Email: Sue@gbs4u.com |Web: www.gbs4u.comUSA: 1755 Park Street, Suite 200, Naperville, IL 60563
