Information Technology Specialist

We’re seeking a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced enterprise environment and enjoys working across endpoint management, identity administration, and cloud systems. This role blends traditional IT support with modern systems administration across Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Azure. What You’ll DoYou’ll serve as a key IT support and systems administrator responsible for keeping users, devices, and cloud services running smoothly:End User & Device SupportProvide desk-side, phone, email, and remote IT supportTroubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues across enterprise environmentsSupport laptops, desktops, mobile devices, tablets, IP phones, printers, and AV equipmentMicrosoft Intune / Endpoint Management (Intune Admin Functions)Enroll, configure, and manage company-owned and BYOD devicesApply security policies (passwords, encryption, compliance rules)Deploy and update applications across devicesSupport remote workforce device management and securityEnsure endpoint compliance and lifecycle management (procure → deploy → retire)Active Directory / Identity Management (AD Admin Functions)Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and groupsManage permissions, access control, and security policiesSupport authentication and authorization across enterprise systemsMaintain Group Policies and directory structure integrityAzure / Cloud Administration (Azure Admin Functions)Manage cloud resources including virtual machines, storage, and networkingMonitor performance, availability, and system healthSupport Azure-based applications and servicesAssist with cloud security configurations, backups, and cost awarenessSystems & IT OperationsAdminister Windows OS environments and Microsoft 365Work with enterprise tools (SCCM/BMC, patch management systems, MDM tools)Participate in IT projects and cross-functional initiativesMaintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articlesServe as escalation support and assist junior team members when neededWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience2+ years of hands-on IT support / systems administration experienceStrong experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365Familiarity with:Microsoft Intune / Endpoint ManagerActive Directory & Group PolicyAzure administration fundamentalsVirtual environments (VMware or similar)Experience with ticketing systems and enterprise IT workflowsNice to HaveITIL certification (v3 or newer)Azure or Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, MS-100/101, etc.)Exposure to SAP environmentsAdditional endpoint or security certifications
