Bilingual (Spanish) Automotive Sales BDC Team Manager
We are a successful automotive group, seeking a Bilingual Sales BDC Team Manager that will drive results and generate revenue through our Inbound / Outbound Sales BDC. The Sales BDC Team Manager will be responsible for: team member engagement, exceeding all sales productivity work, culture improvements, and department goals. The right candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to heighten operational efficiencies through process improvement. Other critical factors for this role include great problem-solving skills, the ability to think outside the box, drive appointments, and generate showroom traffic.Performance Objectives:Master inbound / outbound sales calls, customer contact, follow-up, and lead generationRespond to customer internet inquiries via e-mail, phone, and textDrive production in a fast-paced call center environment to meet department goalsFollow up with existing and potential customers to generate sales appointmentsDevelop, support, and mentor team members using call monitoring systems, team huddles, and monthly employee performance plansResponsible for recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, disciplining employees; administering schedules; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and enforcing established policies and proceduresSubject Matter Expert: Learn quickly to develop an “expert” level of understanding of all products, sales promotions, organizational procedures, and operating programsPrepare call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and reconciling the CRMCollaborate with peers and leadership by gathering data, and analyzing KPI’s to identify operational deficienciesRecognize, reward, and celebrate the successes and accomplishments of team members.Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in the automotive industryMinimum of 3-5 years automotive sales management/supervisory experienceKnowledge of performance indicators and metricsProficient in MS Office and CRM softwareMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsAutomotive Sales BDC experience preferredFluency in English and Spanish RequiredWe Offer:Comprehensive Employee Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, and 401(k)Generous base salary + uncapped performance bonusesProfessional working environment with world-class trainingPay: $66,000.00 - $102,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offWork Location: In personYou must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
