Cleaning & Restoration Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, particularly in fire and water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. This role involves performing cleaning and restoration tasks with a focus on quality and safety, utilizing various hand and power tools to ensure optimal results for our clients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water damage, or mold. Utilize appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, including extraction and spot treatment. Perform restoration tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Operate hand tools and power tools effectively for various cleaning and restoration projects. Assist in the assessment of damage to determine the best course of action for restoration. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to timelines. Qualifications Previous experience in the cleaning or restoration industry is preferred. Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement techniques. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and cleaning processes. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
