Clinical Nurse IIThis role is considered the minimum role for all nurses who have greater than 12 months experience. Provides and coordinates independent care to patients within a clinical specialty as a fully effective and participative member of the multidisciplinary patient care services team.Eight-hour shifts with on-call requirement. 0700 - 1730 or 0900 - 1930We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, demonstrating advanced clinical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being. This full-time position requires a professional who can work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced clinical environment.Key Responsibilities:Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established protocols.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.Adhere to infection control and safety standards.Participate in continuous professional development and training.Floating between the Easton Memorial Hospital, Diagnostic Imaging Center in Easton, and the Cambridge Imaging Center requiredQualifications:Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse, preferably at Level II or equivalent.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Join us in delivering compassionate and expert nursing care that makes a difference in patients' lives.
