Role descriptionJob Title: Senior Specialist - Quality Engineering Role Summary:The QA Automation Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring quality stability and release readiness for clients Commercial Auto Medium Fleet programs as part of the Horizon transformation initiative This role focuses on automation first quality engineering for Duck Creek Policy implementations supporting Medium Fleet migration and enhancementsThe ideal candidate brings strong Duck Creek Policy domain expertise hands-on test automation integrated with CICD pipelines and working knowledge of client’s internal tools such as Falcon and Rater This role works closely with onshore stakeholders and partners across Product Engineering and DevOps teams to enforce quality gates and prevent production defects Key Responsibilities:Test Automation CICD Enablement:Design develop and maintain automated test suites for Duck Creek Policy applicationsIntegrate automated tests into CICD pipelines to support continuous testing and early defect detectionExecute automated regression integration and smoke tests as part of sprint and release cyclesContinuously enhance automation frameworks to improve reusability scalability and execution efficiencyDuck Creek Medium Fleet Quality AssurancePerform automation testing for Medium Fleet to Duck Creek migration state rollouts and ongoing enhancementsValidate Duck Creek Policy configurations manuscripts rules rating logic and policy transactions through automationPartner closely with Developers Business Analysts and DevOps to implement and enforce quality gatesSupport defect triage root cause analysis retesting and release signoff activitiesTools Frameworks Validation:Develop and execute API automation and validation using PostmanUtilize Falcon UI and Rater Progressive internal tools for functional regression and comparison testing as applicableEnsure adequate automation coverage across functional regression and integration scenarios aligned to release risk Required Experience:8 - 11 years of overall QA experience with a strong specialization in Automation TestingProven hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks integrated with CICD pipelinesDirect experience testing Duck Creek Policy applications OnPrem or DCODExperience supporting Medium Fleet Commercial Auto or similar insurance modernization migration programsStrong experience working in Agile DevOps delivery models with onshore stakeholder collaboration Required Skills:Core Quality EngineeringAutomation test design development and executionCICD pipeline integration and continuous testingRegression integration and end-to-end testingDefect tracking triage and validationDuck Creek Insurance DomainDuck Creek Policy module expertiseCommercial Lines CL insurance domain knowledgeMedium Fleet fleet-based policy lifecycle understandingPolicy transactions testing Quote Bind Endorse Renew Cancel Tools Technologies:Falcon UI Rater Progressive internal toolsPostman API testingCICD tools Azure DevOps Jenkins or similarDefect and work tracking Azure DevOps JiraOther detailsBenefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”):Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity LeaveThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
