Join us and be part of a company where your impact truly matters.What You'll Do As An Apartment HousekeeperWe're looking for an experienced Apartment Housekeeper who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. In this role, you will:Clean vacant apartments in preparation for new resident move-insMaintain cleanliness in community common areas including the office, clubhouse, laundry centers and storage roomsTrash out and clean vacated units as neededAssist with make-ready preparations as directedPerform cleaning tasks efficiently and according to company standardsSupport the on-site team and work collaboratively with all staff membersWork overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as requiredFollow all company policies and proceduresPerform additional duties as assigned by the Property ManagerWhat We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you MUST have:Minimum 2 Years Previous Apartment Housekeeper experienceStrong attention to detail and pride in quality of workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStable work historyBilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not requiredValid Driver's License and reliable transportationImportant: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.Working EnvironmentThis role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying items as part of daily housekeeping responsibilities.
