This is a high-impact, in-market role responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing conversions, and expanding brand visibility across Pennsylvania and New York.You will own community activation - executing events, building partnerships, and creating local awareness that directly translates into sales. Success in this role is measured by leads, orders, and revenue contribution.Key Responsibilities:Community & Event ActivationExecute local events, sponsorships, and community initiatives to generate leads and drive customer sign-ups.Plan and run events with clear performance targets: traffic, qualified leads, appointments, and orders.Equip Sales teams for success at events (setup, staffing, messaging, and collateral) to maximize conversion.Ensure consistent execution and lead handoff across Pennsylvania and New York markets.Partner with PR to amplify events and increase top-of-funnel demand.Track and report full-funnel performance (leads → orders → ROI) and continuously improve results.Partnership DevelopmentIdentify, cultivate and manage community partnerships that create a steady pipeline of leads and referrals.Develop relationships with chambers, municipalities, local businesses, and community organizations.Expand and activate MDU/property manager partnerships to unlock new customer growth opportunities.Turn partnerships into measurable revenue—lead volume, conversion, and sales/installs.PR & Brand VisibilityDrive local PR that builds trust and increases market awareness.Work with PR partners on media outreach, new market and product launches, and community storytelling.Identify and secure award opportunities; manage submissions and promotion of wins.Market Insights & GrowthServe as the in-market voice—bringing back competitive intel, customer feedback, and conversion insights.Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, offers, and targeting.Identify and execute new growth opportunities (events, partnerships, MDUs,Requirements:Highly outgoing and persuasive; strong presence in community and networking environmentsResults-driven with clear ownership of lead generation and customer acquisitionStrong relationship builder with disciplined follow-throughOrganized and metrics-focused; able to manage multiple activations and partnershipsComfortable in a field-based role with regular travel across PA and support in NYEffective cross-functional collaborator (Sales, Marketing, PR)Valid driver’s license: ability to work evenings and weekends as neededEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent exp3+ years of experience in community outreach, field marketing, PR, events, or business developmentProven track record executing events or partnerships that drive measurable resultsExperience in telecom, broadband, real estate/MDUs, PR, or local business engagement preferredWorking Conditions: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift-up to 20 pounds at a time. Occasional on-site visits or attendance at industry events may be required.
