Labor Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Labor Associate Attorney to join the team at one of the largest U.S. employment law firms. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-5+ years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners.This is a fulltime and hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote) position at the law firms office in Portland, Oregon.RESPONSIBILITIES:Collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experienceDrafting/reviewing/responding to discovery documentsDefending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations BoardProvide legal advice and representation to various clientsResearch legal issues prepare and file briefs, motions, and other necessary judicial pleadings. .Participate in case management including strategy development.REQUIREMENTS:Active license to practice law in OregonMinimum 2-5+ of experience in traditional labor
