IMAT Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity organization Open Position This client facing position covers the implementation of IMAT's ETL module and related functionality. The role requires close collaboration with clients on a regular basis during the implementation of IMAT and continued interaction with clients as they expand the use of the solution. In addition to proven technical proficiencies, the ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and sound problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities Collaborate with the client to develop functional and technical requirements Configure workflows and related scripts using NiFi and Python Design, build, configure and test ETL solutions that originate from ingesting clinical data sources to data manipulation and translation to transformed data residing in specific reportable IMAT data stores Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code Implementation of security and data protection using the IMAT toolset Attaining a high level of expertise within the IMAT Application suite within a short period of time in order to lead, advise and implement solutions that range from simple to complex Collaborate with peers, Information Technology and Product Management and Engineering on viable, quality solutions that are in compliance to IMAT and regulatory standards Communicate with Developers, Program Management and Customers to clearly articulate progress against test plans Qualifications Successful completion of a University or College education with at least 2 years work experience or 4 – 6 years related work experience Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture Knowledge of Apache NiFi is a plus Understanding of accessibility and security compliance Basic knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Strong unit test and debugging skills Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and react in a fast-changing environment Ability to make timely decisions; Ability to identify alternative solutions/approaches to problems Effective in mentoring, educating and supporting your peers and customers with your experience Open Position This client facing position covers the implementation of IMAT's VHR module and related reporting and querying functionality. The role requires close collaboration with clients on a regular basis during the implementation of IMAT and continued interaction with clients as they expand the use of the solution. Responsibilities Collaborate with the client to develop Reporting requirements and specifications Design, build, configure, optimize and test VHR / Reporting solutions where the data originates from IMAT clinical data sources Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code Implementation of security and data protection using the IMAT toolset Attaining a high level of expertise within the IMAT Application suite within a short period of time in order to lead, advise and implement solutions that range from simple to complex Collaborate with peers, Information Technology and Product Management and Engineering on viable, quality solutions that are in compliance to IMAT and regulatory standards Communicate with Developers, Program Management and Customers to clearly articulate progress against test plans Qualifications Successful completion of a University or College education with at least 2 years work experience or 4 – 6 years related work experience Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture Experience with 3rd party reporting and analytical tools including API calls to these tools is a plus Experience with Measurement based reporting within the Clinical / Healthcare industry (e.g. e-Measures, HEDIS, QRDA) is a definite asset Understanding of accessibility and security compliance Basic knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Strong unit test and debugging skills Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and react in a fast-changing environment Ability to make timely decisions; Ability to identify alternative solutions/approaches to problems Effective in mentoring, educating and supporting your peers and customers with your experience HEDIS is a registered trademark of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) J-18808-Ljbffr
