Principal Consultant (Finance & Regulatory Reporting)

Job TitleYou will lead the research of new technical Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) disclosure requirements as well as ensure compliance with existing SEC standards. In this role you will partner with other leaders in the Financial Reporting team, SEC legal, Accounting Policy, Operational Accounting team and other stakeholders to drive the companys SEC compliance strategy.
