Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service Promote and sell our products by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions Conduct route driving to deliver products efficiently while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe driving practices Assist in merchandising efforts at retail stores to optimize product placement and visibility Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions Manage pricing strategies to ensure competitive offers while maintaining profitability Perform heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when handling merchandise or automobile transportation equipment Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and route schedules to ensure organizational efficiency Requirements Proven experience in retail store environments or sales roles with strong customer service skills Valid commercial truck driving license with experience in commercial driving and route management Knowledge of DOT regulations, safety standards, and heavy lifting procedures Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and measurements accurately Excellent communication skills for client relationship building and team collaboration Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices Familiarity with merchandising techniques, automobile transportation, and upselling strategies Strong organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and client information effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for sales meets your drive to deliver exceptional service.
