SAP Program Manager (S/4HANA Public Cloud)Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and driven SAP Program Manager to serve as the primary owner of our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for the full lifecycle of the SAP ecosystem — spanning daily operations, end-user support, strategic roadmap development, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise across Finance (FICO), Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, and is equally comfortable leading executive-level discussions as they are diving into system configuration or troubleshooting operational challenges. This individual will play a critical role in aligning SAP capabilities with business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & GovernanceServe as the single point of accountability for the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment across multiple manufacturing sitesDefine and maintain the SAP roadmap, aligning with business strategy and operational prioritiesEstablish and lead governance structures (steering committees, CABs, prioritization frameworks)Own and manage the SAP program budget, including licensing, vendors, training, and project investmentsSAP Operations & SupportOversee system health, performance, and availability across all locationsLead internal SAP support functions, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requestsPartner with business stakeholders to continuously improve system usability and process efficiencyDelivery & Continuous ImprovementDrive end-to-end delivery of SAP initiatives, enhancements, and upgradesIdentify and implement process improvements across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply ChainEnsure alignment with SAP best practices, release cycles, and cloud constraintsRequired Qualifications7+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ years in a Program or Project Management leadership roleStrong expertise in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Cost Center, Profit Center Accounting)Functional knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules (PP, MM, WM/EWM, SD, QM)Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including configurations and release managementProven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional SAP initiatives on time and within budgetStrong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skillsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment Preferred QualificationsSAP S/4HANA certification (Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain)PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certificationExperience in discrete or process manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, or middleware toolsExperience with SAP Activate methodologyExposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworksBachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
