This position serves as the primary liaison between our internal creative team and external agency partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, alignment of objectives, and the delivery of high-quality creative solutions that drive business success.***This role will be titled "Lead Assoc Adv/Mktg" within our organization.***ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and direct external agency teams responsible for producing advertising and marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels for the organization. Oversee the writing, design, and production of a wide variety of creative assets, including banner ads, email campaigns, print collateral, and social content, ensuring campaign continuity and strict adherence to brand standards across all touchpointsDevelop clear, actionable creative briefs that communicate campaign objectives and brand positioning, enabling agencies to deliver targeted, effective workGuide agency concepts to ensure brand consistency, actively review, and provide constructive feedback throughout the creative process to drive high-quality resultsApprove creative assets to uphold brand guidelines, guaranteeing quality, consistency, and alignment with the organization’s standardsEnsure agency work aligns strategically with overall marketing and business goalsStay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inspire creative innovation and maintain a competitive advantageFoster strong relationships with agency partners and ensure mutual accountabilityEnsure all creative output meets legal, regulatory, and compliance standardsQualifications/EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field10+ years of experience in creative direction, advertising, or agency management, with at least 3 years in a client/agency liaison roleExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated artistic ability in developing creative and innovative concepts to differentiate Protective in the marketplaceStrong organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detailKnowledge of creative development processes and brand management principlesProficiency in relevant creative tools and platforms is a plusAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple high-visibility, high-urgency projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong communication skills, including the ability to effectively present ideas - both verbally and visuallyKey AttributesStrategic thinker with a passion for creative excellenceCollaborative, diplomatic, and adaptable in fast-paced environmentsSolution-oriented with a proactive approach to overcoming obstaclesInspires teams and partners to exceed expectations#IND123Employee Benefits:We aim to protect the wellbeing of our employees and their families with a broad benefits offering. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective’s total compensation package for employees.This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.
