This role presents an excellent opportunity to build a successful real estate career in a vibrant and collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesExecute PLACE lead generation systems weekly Conduct a minimum of two open houses weeklyConvert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointmentsParticipate in daily script practice per team standardsParticipate in team activities per team standardsCommit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner CallConsult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homesWrite and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyersTrack activities and clients with PLACE TechnologyQualificationsYou are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
