You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with leadership, shaping how our brands expand in the U.S. market.Role Overview:This is a strategic Market Builder position with direct access to executive leadership, combining the resources of a proven company with the freedom of an entrepreneurial environment. You will be breaking into buying teams, navigating line reviews, and building a distributor and retailer mix. You will have direct access to major accounts and decision-makers.Combination of inside and outside sales, with regional travel 1–2 times per month plus trade events twice a year (25–35% total travel).Responsibilities:Identify and secure new retail, e-commerce, and distributor accounts in the outdoor and home-improvement marketsBuild and manage a structured outreach pipeline from cold prospecting through closeCollaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align goals and ensure successful account launchAttend trade shows, line reviews, and on-site meetings to expand product placement and strengthen relationshipsMaintain CRM accuracy and report on key activity metrics and milestonesWhat We’re Looking For:Proven hunter with a track record of cold outreach, building new channels, and closing new businessB2B product sales experience (home, design, CPG, or outdoor categories are a strong plus)Confident and polished in presenting premium products to high-end buyersHighly self-motivated and comfortable working toward clear goals with an established structureExperience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)Compensation:Base Salary: $70,000/yearQuarterly KPI Bonus: Additional performance bonuses tied to key growth metricsUncapped Commission: Earn on every sale with no ceilingYear 1 On-Target Earnings: $110,000–$125,000Year 2 On-Target Earnings: $175,000–$200,000+Top Performers: $250,000+ potentialBenefits:Travel reimbursementPTO and 8 paid holidaysMonthly health stipend
