Job DescriptionTrainee Sales AssociateTampa FLThis opportunity is suited to someone looking to start a career in sales with hands-on training, weekly pay, and a clear learning curve from day one.An events and promotions business is currently being represented in the search for one Trainee Sales Associate to support face-to-face sales activity at organised promotional events across Tampa. The role is designed for someone new to sales who wants real-world experience rather than a desk-based position.This is an in-person role and does not involve remote work, cold calling, or door-to-door sales. All activity takes place at scheduled events and promotional locations.The RoleThe Trainee Sales Associate works alongside experienced team members at live events, learning how to engage customers, explain offers clearly, and support on-site sales activity. Training is ongoing, with responsibility increasing as confidence and ability develop.Day-to-day involvement includes:Speaking with customers at promotional and retail eventsLearning how to present products or services clearly and confidentlySupporting face-to-face sales and customer sign-upsAssisting with event setup and presentationBuilding practical communication and sales skillsPay & TrainingPay is weekly, made up of base pay, commission, and performance bonuses. Typical weekly earnings range from 650–870, depending on event schedule and individual progress.Full training is provided, with ongoing coaching and support throughout.ProgressionThis role is intended as a starting point. With consistency and strong performance, there is opportunity to progress into more senior sales or support roles over time.LocationBased in Tampa, FLOn-site at promotional event locations, in store, at private events or brand activations across the regionApplication ProcessApplications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
