Duties
You will initiate procurement purchase requests to maintain adequate stock levels of office supply inventory
You will coordinate travel for office personnel for lifecycle of visit (e.g., reservations, notifying organizations and officials to be visited, security clearances, itineraries, travel vouchers and reports upon completion of travel).
You will arrange for maintenance, repair, or procurement of office equipment and supplies.
You will maintain files or records to keep documents organized according to the organization's polices or procedures.
You will use a computer database to maintain and update electronic records that support an organization's programs and projects.
Requirements Conditions of employment
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

This is a bargaining unit position.
You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card to make official government purchases for goods and service
You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
The work is mostly sedentary, with some walking and bending required. Lifting of boxes (not to exceed 50 pounds) may be required to restock shelves in storerooms.
