Journeyman Plumber - Data Center (New Construction)

Job Overview We are urgently hiring 3+ Plumbers for a massive, new data center construction project. This is a guaranteed 2-year contract with 50+ hours a week. We are seeking top-tier professionals who can execute with precision and require zero hand-holding! Start Date: Monday, March 23rd, 2026 Logistics& Perks (The Best in the Market): Pay Rate: $32.00 - $35.00/hour (Based on experience) Schedule: 50+ hours per week (Expect 10+ hours of OT / 1.5x weekly) Duration: 2-year project minimum Per Diem Options (For Travelers): Option A: $120/day per diem Option B: $50/day per diem PLUS 100% free lodging provided by the client Core Responsibilities: Execute large-scale, new construction commercial plumbing installations. Expert-level installation, layout, and fitting of Underground PVC. Precision installation, brazing, and soldering of Copper piping systems. Read and interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and site plans. Maintain an incredibly high standard of quality control to meet strict project inspections and deadlines. Qualifications: 5+ years of verifiable plumbing experience in commercial/industrial environments. Ability to interpret 2D drawings and visualize 3D system layouts. Absolute proficiency in high-volume underground PVC and Copper systems. Reliable, road-warrior mentality. Must be willing to work 50+ hours a week consistently. Requirements: OSHA 10 (Mandatory) CPR Certified (_Note_: If your cert is lapsed, we will pay to recertify the right candidate) Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to starting work. Must have your own standard trade hand tools and reliable transportation.
