We are looking for wait staff members to serve meals and drinks professionally to the members of our country club. In our upscale restaurant. The position is part-time, and you must be able to be flexible and work weekends and nights. Days hours are 11am-3pm, and nights are 4-10pm. Job Responsibilities: - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu - Upsell additional items or specials to increase sales - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Requirements: - Previous professional serving experience with knowledge of food and spirits - Reliable Vehicle Transportation - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately As a Server, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our members while working in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
