We provide our Field Service Engineers with great pay and a full benefit package, company vehicle, credit card, cell phone, clothing allowance for work boots & pants, along with continuing education, travel bonus program, company brand apparel, and more!Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, repair, and maintenance of CNC machinery, accessories, and automation equipmentRepair of products at customer locations throughout a region or extended territoryAssembly / modification of standard products on-siteTroubleshoot with end-users and dealers remotely via telephone and emailAssist in maintaining and monitoring stock of repair/installation of partsRelated duties as requiredSkills and RequirementsWorking knowledge of Fanuc and Mitsubishi controlsWorking knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems on CNC machineryA good understanding of PMC and PLC ladder logicMust be willing to accommodate frequent travelAbility to work successfully in a team environmentStrong communication and time management skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionValid driver’s license with good driving recordPreferred Education and Experience3+ years of related experienceHigh school education or greaterTechnical degree a plus
