Are you looking for a role that offers meaningful work, a supportive team, and a schedule that allows you to enjoy life outside of work?If so, we’d love to meet you.We are growing our Ambulatory Surgery Center team and are looking for dedicated Surgical Technologists to join us at:📍 7th AVE Surgery Center – Kearney, NEWhy You’ll Love This Role✨ No nights, weekends, or holidays📅 Only 3 surgical days per week for improved work-life balance💲 Competitive pay based on experience🤝 Collaborative and supportive surgical team environment📈 Growth opportunities and company-supported professional development🏥 Modern ambulatory surgery center focused on exceptional patient outcomesWhat You’ll DoAs a Surgical Scrub Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient surgical procedures while supporting both surgeons and nursing staff throughout the patient experience.Your Responsibilities Will IncludePrepare operating rooms and ensure surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized, assembled, and functioning properlyAssist surgeons during procedures by anticipating needs and passing sterile instruments, sutures, and suppliesMaintain strict aseptic technique throughout all surgical proceduresIdentify and communicate any breaks in sterile field protocol immediatelyHandle specimens appropriately and prepare them for laboratory processingClean, restock, and reset operating rooms between proceduresMonitor and maintain inventory of surgical supplies and equipmentSupport a safe, organized, and patient-centered surgical environmentCollaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure efficient surgical flowWhat You Bring✔️ Current Surgical Technology certification required✔️ Current Cardiac Life Support (CLS/BLS/ACLS as applicable) certification required✔️ Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology training program✔️ Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience preferred✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety✔️ Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleWe’re Looking For Someone WhoHas a genuine passion for patient careMaintains high standards for infection prevention and safetyCommunicates professionally and respectfully with team members and physiciansDemonstrates initiative and a willingness to grow professionallyWorks efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and focusContributes positively to a collaborative team cultureGrowth & Development OpportunitiesWe believe in investing in our people.During your onboarding period, you’ll receive specialized training designed to support your success in both surgical and ophthalmic care.
