You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to deliver meaningful marketing initiatives that fuel growth across the communities we serve.If you thrive at the intersection of creativity, organization, and execution—and love seeing great work go live—this role is for you.What You’ll DoCross‑Team CollaborationAct as the primary connector between internal marketing leads, vendors, agencies, and business partnersKeep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and next stepsManage vendor timelines, production requirements, and budgets to ensure smooth deliveryOperational ExcellenceChampion marketing workflows and timelines across the organizationHold teams accountable to deadlines and established processesEnsure campaigns launch on time and with executional excellenceContinuously improving how work gets done across marketingCampaign & Asset ManagementOwn end‑to‑end coordination and trafficking of marketing assets across channelsManage proofing, revisions, approvals, and quality control for creative deliverablesMaintain a real‑time view of initiatives using the Marketing Planning Process (MPP)Manage and coordinate direct mail production and deployment cadence for, while identifying opportunities to improve the overall DM process and customer conversion rates.Identify and provide proposals for sponsorship, activations, and community events.
