Quality Assurance Manager

QA/QC Manager –We are actively seeking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control efforts on large, complex construction projects in the mission critical and data center space. This role is responsible for ensuring all work meets contractual, regulatory, and client quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.You'll serve as a key representative for one of the largest construction companies in the country, working closely with owners, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive quality, manage risk, and support successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and guarantee overall project quality in line with contract and client requirementsRepresent our Owners, Architects, Consultants, Authorities, Vendors, and SubcontractorsDevelop, implement, and manage project-specific QA/QC plansConduct audits, inspections, and manage punch lists through closeoutDrive continuous improvement of quality systems and processesEnsure quality requirements are clearly communicated and understood across all teamsReport on quality performance, findings, and recommendations to managementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldPrevious construction quality management experienceExperience on large Commercial, Industrial, or Mission-Critical projects (data center preferred)Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and regulatory requirementsProven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsIf the role sounds of interest please send over an up to date resume to jack.nelson@daksta.com.
