Job Description BC Forward is looking for Mail Inserting Operator in Getzville, NY 14068Position Title: Mail Inserting Operator Location: Fidelis Care, 480 Crosspoint Parkway, Getzville, NY 14068Anticipated Start Date: May 2026Duration: 3 months contract with possibility to extendShift: Training will follow the regular shift schedule (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday) and will include Centene University courses followed by shadowing until fully ramped up; OT may be required as needed.Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (W2)Need: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year experience working in a mail production facility operating a mechanical inserter. Experience with USPS postal regulations strongly preferred.Interview Process: 1-Phone Screen, 2-Virtual Round with PanelJob Description:Position PurposeOperate and maintain an inserter to produce mail pieces and prepare mailing for the Post Office. Inspect pieces during production and make adjustments to keep machines running.Education / ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year experience working in a mail production facility operating a mechanical inserter.
