This internship offers hands-on experience helping customers succeed with NetApp solutions while developing technical, business, and customer-facing skills.As an intern in our Technical Support or Professional Services teams, you'll gain exposure to real-world challenges and learn how we deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions.* Technical Support Engineer Interns focus on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues across complex storage environments.* Services Associate Interns learn the inner workings of professional services by supporting roles such as sales, engineering, project management, and customer success.In both positions, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop technical expertise, and contribute to customer success.Job RequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for working with prospects, customers, and internal teams.Aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them in customer-facing environments.Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices.Creative approach to problem-solving.Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and how AI can enhance customer solutions.Ability to leverage AI-powered tools for data analysis, insights, and process optimization.Interest in emerging technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.Additional Details:Job Posting Info: This is a pipeline position that will be opened on a recurring basis and used to fill roles aligned with the required skill sets.
