The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tree care and maintenance, with hands-on experience in trimming, rigging, and operating bucket trucks. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality as you work to enhance the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. Responsibilities Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees. Operate bucket trucks safely for high-altitude tree work. Utilize rigging techniques to safely lower branches and debris. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in tree trimming, tree care, or horticulture is preferred. Proficient in bucket operation and safe handling of bucket trucks. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
