Sr. Manager of IT Onsite – La Porte, IN Full-Time Salary: $100,000 – $110,000Overview We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to join our on-site team in La Porte, IN. This is a high-impact role supporting manufacturing and business operations, with a strong emphasis on Power BI development, analytics, and business process improvement.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with operations, interacting with production teams, and building data-driven insights that influence business decisions in a collaborative environment.On-site presence is required.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support operational and executive decision-makingPartner with production and manufacturing teams to identify reporting needs and translate them into Power BI analytics solutionsManage and optimize ERP and related business system processesAnalyze business and operational workflows and recommend data-driven improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and automationTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and reporting frameworksSupport data integration, reporting standards, and KPI development across the organizationProvide advanced data analysis and ad hoc reporting to support operational initiativesParticipate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiativesThis is a hands-on technical, analytical, and reporting-focused role requiring direct engagement with both business users and manufacturing operations.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related technical fieldStrong Power BI development experience (dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX, and report optimization)Experience working with business data, reporting solutions, and analytics platformsExperience in business/process analysisAdvanced Excel skillsAbility to clearly articulate past responsibilities, reporting solutions built, and project impactAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipPreferred BackgroundExperience with SAP or other ERP systemsExperience in a manufacturing environmentPrior Business Systems Analyst, BI Developer, or similar roleExposure to project management methodologiesExperience working with data visualization and reporting tools in operational environmentsWhat We’re Looking ForLong-term tenure in previous roles (2–3+ years per position strongly preferred)Friendly, team-oriented personalityComfortable working in an on-site manufacturing settingCollaborative, growth-minded professionalClear communicator who can translate data insights into business decisions#INMAR2026 #LI-JB123Click here to apply online
