Command Construction is looking for a motivated Project Management Coordinator to join our team in Searcy, Arkansas.This role will work directly with our Senior Project Manager and project management team to support active commercial concrete projects from start to finish. It is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to learn the project management side of construction, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a future Project Manager role as they develop.This is not just an administrative position. You will help keep projects organized, documented, and moving forward by supporting communication between the office, field leadership, vendors, suppliers, and general contractors.Our work includes commercial concrete, structural concrete, tilt-up, flatwork, site concrete, and other concrete scopes across Arkansas.What You’ll DoSupport the Senior Project Manager on active construction projectsHelp track project documents, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and follow-up itemsOrganize plans, specifications, revisions, and project filesCoordinate with field leadership, vendors, suppliers, general contractors, and internal team membersAssist with material tracking, delivery tickets, purchase orders, billing support, and closeout documentsHelp gather information for pay applications, cost tracking, and project updatesLearn how commercial construction projects are planned, managed, built, billed, and closed outWhat We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
