Monday through Friday from 9:30pm - 6am (added 5/11/2026) Base pay rate + 3rd shift differential (.75c).Job SummaryThe Janitorial Team Member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the plant, including production areas, restrooms, break rooms, and offices. This role plays a critical part in supporting a clean and safe working environment that meets health and safety standards.Main Duties And Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned)Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, moping, waxing and polishing floorsMaintain cleanliness of exterior areas, ensuring parking lots remain free of trash and debrisDust and clean office furniture, walls, ceilings, and light fixturesRestock all kitchen and restroom related itemsDispose all trash and recycled containersComplete Minor maintenance related work such as replacing light bulbs, hanging mirrors, replacing fixtures, painting and sheetrock workUse of household tools and powered tools, industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines. Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areasComplete all checklists related to the job duties of the positionComplete all forms to reorder items related to the job duties of the positionSupport EHS and 5S standards across all assigned areaCommunicate all concerns related to the positionRequirements Education: High School Diploma or GEDExperience Minimum of 3-5 years of related janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experienceCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsN/AMathematical Abilities Basic math skillsCommunication Skills: (Writing, Foreign Language, Reasoning) Ability to read, write and speak English Highly effective, articulate communication skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal effectiveness and the ability to work with all levels in the organization and across cultures Bilingual English Spanish preferredPhysical Requirements 100% will be spent engaged in the activities listed above. This will require walking, standing, squatting, bending, reaching, overhead reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, or team lift a minimum of 50 pounds Be able to work in an environment that is climate controlled but is exposed to potential heat, rain, and cold Must use appropriate PPE and handle cleaning chemicals safely Must be willing to receive vaccinations as precautionary measures related to the position.
