Structured Cabling Technician We are hiring Structured Cabling Technicians in MD, DC, VA, and CT for commercial and government projects. Candidates should have experience installing, terminating, and testing copper and fiber optic cables, as well as electronic security systems. Multiple permanent positions are available for various skill levels, offering growth opportunities. All candidates must possess a valid driving record and be able to pass both pre-employment and random company drug tests. ResponsibilitiesPerform installation of Copper and Fiber Optic cabling systems for both OSP and ISP projectsTerminate, test and troubleshoot copper and fiber optic cablingShipboard cable installationWAP installationComplete closet build-outsDesign, installation, and servicing IDS, CCTV, and Access Control SystemsTroubleshoot system issues and provide resolutionComplete daily documentation for work performedSkillsMinimum of 2years of installation experienceFamiliarity with trade test equipmentAbility to read and work from prints and diagramsMust provide basic hand tools specific to the trade
