Job Title: Senior Electrical EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with over 10 years of experience to become a pivotal technical leader within our expanding design-build team. This position is centered around EV charging station infrastructure, encompassing power distribution, permitting, and construction coordination. The successful candidate will possess profound expertise in design-build delivery, EV systems, and client-facing collaboration to aid in securing and executing design-build projects.ResponsibilitiesLead electrical design for EV charging station projects, including high-profile sites.Develop and review electrical plans, load calculations, one-line diagrams, and construction documents.Coordinate with civil, structural, and low-voltage teams to ensure integrated design solutions.Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), and internal teams.Support business development efforts by providing technical input on proposals and scope development.Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and utility requirements.Mentor junior engineers and designers.Travel to project sites as needed for design validation and construction support.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design, with at least 5 years in design-build environments.Proven experience with EV charging infrastructure (Level 2 and DC Fast Charging).Strong understanding of power distribution, utility coordination, and permitting processes.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical modeling software.Additional Skills & Qualifications* Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Work EnvironmentJoin a team that is at the forefront of innovation in EV infrastructure.
